Ordering Procedure

You have decided that the Vending For Hope program is the right business opportunity for you and you want to be the first in your area with the Vending For Hope vending machines.

What is the next step?


First review the different Vending For Hope Packages and decide on the package that best fits your budget or the package that will provide you with the lifestyle that you have always wanted.


Next go to the Free Vending Proposal Form and fill it out and submit it to us. We will then review your application and then based on your information we will draw up a good vending proposal and send it by E-Mail for your review.


A company representative will then call you to answer any questions you may have.


Then if everything is in order all that is left is to determine the method of payment. We will accept all major credit cards or a bank wire.


Once we receive your payment your order is then assembled and shipped within 2 business days.


As soon as your order is shipped you will receive your Waybill Tracking # by E-Mail so you can then monitor your order and arrange for a pre-determined delivery time. Our freight carrier does deliver right to your door.


When you receive your Vending For Hope Machines we recommend that you check your order for any exterior damage and that all the box’s have arrived as per the order.If you notice any damaged box’s have the driver indicate that on the waybill.


After you have assembled your Vending For Hope Machines the next step is to find locations for them, refer to Aquiring Locations. You can either locate them yourself or we can refer you to a locating company that can provide that service.


When delivering your machines you can use a van truck or a car. You can fill your machines before you deliver them and make sure to put 10 black winner capsules in each head. Place the black winners on the outside of the product globe so they can be seen easier. Lay the machines flat after you remove the top sign from the machine. Place the provided space washer under the lock to fill the space that the sign took. Place a row of cardboard on each layer of machines as you stack them.


The last part of running your Vending For Hope Business is the best part. You should service your machines every 4 to 6 weeks.

Add more Support Wear product if needed and then take the money out of each cash box and empty it into your canvas zippered moneybag. Then give your machine a quick wipe and you are on your way to the next Vending For Hope Profit Center.

You can either count and roll your Cash or some banks will pay you on the weight of the Cash.
